Ko-Am Enterprises, Inc.

Mr. Kwon came out on a Thursday and gave me an estimate. I already had the laminate flooring I wanted installed. He said it could be completed on Tuesday, four days later. He sent two men, and they completed the job in about five hours, including moving furniture in and out of the room. They also installed baseboards and a threshold. Excellent job. I will use them again.

I spoke to Paul Kwon in December of 2020 to get an estimate to sand and stain my floors. He came out promptly the following day and provided the estimate. I told him I would not be ready until 2021 he told me the estimate was good until April of 2021. I reached out in April and he remembered me and gave me a date. His work men showed up on time and got right to work. They were kind, respectable and answered all my questions. My son walked on the floor before it was completely dried. I was livid and frantic. Reached out to Paul and he assured me it was not a big deal and his guys will fix it with no problem. They kept their word and finished up the job. My floors are so beautiful. Also, Paul and crew was so patient with me because I had so many questions. He answered all. I definitely will use this company again because their price is affordable, the workmen arrive on time and were friendly. If you need someone to redo your hardwood floor I definitely would recommend this company.

Company was professional, resolved all of our questions and concerns, and performed exactly as promised. We had them install, stain, and finish solid hardwood flooring to match existing floors. We understood from all contractors that it was impossible to match 100% without refinishing the existing floors but we're completely satisfied with how close Ko-Am was able to match the finish.

Professional manner and on time. They did what I really wanted. Price is very reasonable, good quality and wonderful job.

Installed wood flooring on the main level and on the second floor of townhouse. Floors are so beautiful. There were a few issues but Will made the fixes quickly and I am happy overall.

We absolutely love our new hardwood floors (3 bedrooms.) Mike did an excellent job choosing the correct color to match our hallway. The crew did an exceptional job with the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if your looking for perfection!

I recommend them to those who need hardwood floors installed in their homes. Their team of workers professionally came, moved our furniture and started the flooring project. The hardwood floor was installed properly and they made sure everything was clean. We are grateful.

They show up on time and finished the project early. It was great experience

The workers took their time and did the job very well

They came on time and did the job great in a timely manner. I would recommend them for sure.

Impressive team work. Showed up on time and stayed late in order to complete our entire second floor (four bedrooms) in one day as promised. Highly recommend.

Very professional job.

The team worked well and provided good timely service.

Very thorough in their work. Showed up on time and as expected. Would highly recommend!

Good customer service. Finished work ahead of schedule! Thanks Ko-Am

They were quick to come to my home for an estimate and was able to schedule install just a couple days after that. Great communication and customer service. Only downside was they weren't able to provide the carpet color/pattern I chose as it was damaged during pickup. However, they were quick to inform me and I was able to make a similar selection. Still looks amazing!

Mike and his crew provided friendly professional service. Good value for the money. A five star company.

I would definitely use them again.

Mike and his father came and showed their expertise in evaluating our needs. We spoke with a number of contractors and they gave us thorough advice on the pitfalls of our job and were among the best in their explanation of their service. On price they won hands down. They got our job done in a single day with multiple staff working and the two imperfections we noticed were resolved within a day of calling them. They stood behind their guarantee. I will be using them on future jobs.

Good job, I plan to hire them again for future work
