Update: Thomas performed our general inspection and made sure everything was in working order. We always appreciate the service and continue to give koala 5⭐️ July 2023 update: Anthony was our technician and he was on time, professional, thorough, and extremely helpful in fixing our AC. We so appreciate the quick response time and ability for Koala cooling and Anthony to fix our AC system quickly! Michael was incredibly thorough in our AC inspection. We received a very detailed report and he was very good at explaining our system and what was needed. He was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Michael and koala cooling!

Evan was very thorough during his maintenance visit. He took the time to explain regular care of the system and answered all my questions. Both condensate drain lines had difficult clogs and he made sure to clear them properly and clear them well. Appreciate the patience he exhibited during the visit.

Big shout out to A.J., who spent several hours today installing dampers and tweaking the air flow on my AC system. He was professional, friendly, and worked to get everything just right. He says that a little more air balancing will be needed, so I look forward to having him back. KUDOS to all of the great technicians and office staff at Koala!
