Had schedule for a day and a half of work. They contacted the day before saying they will be running late. Day off cancelled completely. The second day they still only took a half day. Weird so I checked their work and they had only completed half the project. They had to come back to finish the rest. After their second visit I checked again and job was still not completed. They had to come back again. Each time was told they completed the work. Each time they didn?t. Do not go with the company.

Friendly associates, reasonable and respectful. Work was completed quick and clean.

My entire 500 sq ft attic with high ceiling was done in one day. I was impressed.

Small snafu with scheduling but all in all it was a good experience. I will be scheduling something else in the upcoming year.

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly. They insulated the entire exterior of my house at half the cost I was expecting! Day of service, they went over any unsafe areas and provided alternatives for getting to that area. It was just a pleasant experience!

Weâ re elderly, just moved, so the guys had to work around our stuff not yet unpacked. No complaints, no problem, made it easier on us.

The estimate was below their competitors. Work was professional. It was a tight crawl space under a sun room. Lots of speaker wires and low voltage lighting wires. I asked them to be mindful of this. None were damaged.

Techs where very knowledgeable and friendly. They where very respectful of property and cleaned up when they were done

They also told me they could spray the interior of the shed over the foam insulation so I would have to dry wall it. They gave me a price but they needed more paint to finish the job. They didn't charge me for the extra paint that was needed as they are committed to the price that was given!!

Koala did a great job insulating our Pole Barn. They showed up when the said they would and cleaned up very well, Nice installers too!
