A great contractor experience all around and I would highly recommend Koala Insulation. 5-star service and a great product. I hired Koala to install spray foam in my attic. I was looking to seal up the attic to make it more energy-efficient and to lock out some pesky squirrels that I could not get rid of. The owner of Koala came out within a day of my initial call to give me an estimate. and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. He gave me a very fair price, lower than I expected, so I hired them a day or two later. They did the install over two days. The first day was to remove all the existing blown-in insulation on the attic floor and clean it up, and the second day to install the spray foam. Day one, a two-man crew arrived (15 minutes early, which was great) and they ran a big vacuum hose from their truck through a second-story window and into the attic. Within a couple of hours, they had removed all the old insulation as well as some debris from the critters that had been nesting up there. The whole process was unobtrusive and relatively quiet. I was down the hall working in my office and barely noticed they were here. Day two, the same crew showed up to do the install (again, a little earlier than right on time). A quick note about the two guys that did the install they were very friendly and kept me well-informed about what they were doing and how the progress was throughout the job. They did a great job in the attic and even filled in two storage crawl spaces behind the master closets above my garage. They finished about an hour ahead of schedule. I took a look up in the attic and in the bright afternoon sun, I could not see even a glimmer of light coming through, which makes me confident that they sealed it uptight. They cleaned everything up great and did not leave behind any sign they were even here. I am looking forward to lower electric bills through the long Georgia summer.

They will care about taking care your needs and bringing things up to code. They do not try to rip you off. And they clean up after themselves. Austin arrived & spent the necessary time needed to assess what needed to be done. We need insulation over an addition & the home (1 year old) had insulation very uneven around the remaining attic (30" in some places & 4" in many other). The builder would not correct the distribution/or add. Austin & team put the caps over lights, filled the new area, spread out the builders insulation to even it out & then put another layer on top to correct height. He even added to an area not included in quote but had no insulation. That was appreciated!!! He took pictures for me to show the before & after. Great job!

Quick to call me after i sent my info into Homeadvisor. Worked with me to measure space prior to their visit so they could do the work on the first visit, shortening the process by probalby 1 day. Pricing was less than half of doing spray foam in the same space. Excellent communication, prior, durring and even after job was done to insure I was happy. I'm a Real Estate agent and will be using them for my customers who sell homes with me that need insulation jobs done.
