Blew in more R30 insulation and installed insulation in crawl space. Followup call from Owner to verify work was done as expected. Very nice people.

Koala did a fantastic friendly knowledgeable job. They were the third insulation company we contacted. The first two flaked out and the 2nd one didn't have any English speaking personnel. Joe took the measurements, spent 3 hours with us going over the process, and explained all the details. We had to have the insulation process done in multiple non-consecutive days due to all our items blocking access from one side to the other. Ron, the owner called me after the job was completed ensuring my happiness of the completed job. Thank you again, I recommend Koala to anyone.

My bid with Jacob went great! He said I had enough insulation in the attic that he didn't want to over insulate for airflow but I have no insulation in the crawl space. Which was great news that he wasn’t willing to charge me for something that was not necessary! So I'd say he did a great job! He was absolutely on time, clean, very professional, and had a great attitude with my crazy dogs! I was very impressed! They were very quick scheduling a date to come out and install the new insulation and very reasonably priced! The day of install, they were about 30 minutes early, and very professional. They noticed a few things out of place under the house while installing the new insulation and notified me right away. The owner also offered to come back to fix a few things which was amazing!!!! This company is fantastic and the whole process was smooth! I highly recommend them for any insulation install!
