Koala Insulation of Cleveland West Side

Alex came to our house and inspected our attic to give us a detailed quote. He was very respectful and polite. Most of all, he didn't try to up-sale us. He explained everything in detail. When the workers came to do the job, they (Alex and another gentleman) were also very prompt and explained everything before they started. They showed me what they have done mid job and they put up rulers so I can see the depth of my new insulation!! When they were finished they cleaned up their mess as well! Our overall experience with Koala Insulation was excellent and would recommend them to all.

These guys are awesome. They did a great job removing all the blown in insulation from my attic along with the rest of the junk, from the previous owners, underneath the insulation . They were on time, stayed late and even came back the next day to make sure every bit of insulation possible was removed. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard even in the 18 degree weather. Though it all they were all very nice and stayed in a good mood. I would highly recommend Koala insulation for any insulation project. I can not say enough good things about this company and the people that work for it.
