I had the pleasure of working with Trent, Spencer, Seth, and Stephanie on an attic retrofit project. Years of unkept attic space from prior owners going back decades called for a full clean out & sanitization process. Even so, the team got to work quickly, efficiently, and safely. Setting up a barrier through our hallway to keep the contamination zone to a minimum and cleanup on our side very easy. Professional, kind hearted, and hard working. I would recommend Koala for any attic / insulation related project. They’ll soon be back to insulate and install a full attic fan to regulate temps moving forward. One day we had a problem, the next day it’s fixed, and Koala kept it clean & tidy like they were never even there!

I thought about insulating the attic above my attached garage myself, but very glad that I chose the Koala Insulation team to do it for me. They came out for a free quote and described exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. From sealing all outlets and openings, to topping off the job with a little more insulation than stated and then cleaning up afterwards! Great communication and very friendly service at a price that I couldn't pass up, all while using state of the art machinery! 5+++ Stars!
