Holly from Koala was amazing from the start to the end. I originally I had them come over to give me a quote for spay insulation. Holly went over my options that were best for my house. After the work was completed my house has stayed cool which is amazing in this hot hot tecas summer. They also gave a Veterans discount!

This family owned franchise was great, super helpful, very responsive and really went the extra mile. They added insulation to my attic and replaced two attic fans with solar powered ones. Very happy so far, but they just left so let's wait to see if it improves my electric bill!

Had a number of issues with this contractor. Cleanup, communication and overall job done for the money paid.

When we spoke at job completion you seemed satisfied except for requesting a discount on the price. Our pricing was clear and consistent with the estimate provided at the time you contracted our services and extremely competitive for our market.
