Did a good job, came when they said they would

Very easy to work with and they do a good job. They didn't mention that we had to be out of the house overnight for one of the projects, which required a reschedule and delayed the completion. The project manager was very apologetic, however.

This process started OK....Lisa the sales person was great. Got the quote back quickly. Scheduling happened right away....then it started to go a bit sideways. Thursday morning 0800 arrives no call no show. Finally at about 1000 I reach out to Lisa to find out where the guys are....she tls me that she will reach out to Jason to find out. A few minutes later Jason calls and says they are stuck on a job from the previous day, but he will make it. Side note I took off from my job 2 days to make this happen. About noon their truck arrives, Jason, his installer and what appeared to be his girlfriend. They finally felt the old blown in insulation vacuumed out, but do no other cleanup like the foam baffles laying all over the attic. But for the most part day 1 turns out OK... Day 2 starts again late. This time just the installer and his girlfriend, (later find out his wifes sister), at about 0845, vs the 0800 scheduled start time. He then fires up both the generator 7-10K, so loud, and his gas powered air compressor, nothing happens for the first hour or so... except the sound of the equipment running. At about 1130 I went out to see what was happening and I did offer as I have a dedicated 20A and 30A service available on the front of my house and interconnect cables if he would rather power down the generator and use shore power. He stated that he could not, as we stood next to the trailers interconnect ports. He then informed me that he had just called the owner, due to his gun being clogged....what had he been doing for almost 2 hours....in the back of the trailer with his female companion....I at this point reach out to both Jason and Lisa who is recouping from surgery. Jason tells me he is enroute with a replacement gun. By noon he finally gets started....he then spends about 15 minutes in the attic and then rests for about 20 minutes over and over until we reach about 1630. The installer then asks if I have something to block the wheels on the trailer as he is leaving. I happened to own a trailer and keep wheel chocks in my garage. He then proceeds to unhook the trailer and leaves. I call Jason and Lisa again confused. The attic is barely half done and the installer has left the trailer in my front yard still running. Jason arrives a short time later with a new installer and they blow through the remaining areas, clean up the mess from the previous day and complete the job by just before 2000. My 3-4 hour job too 11 hours and 2 installer teams. I know they are new to the business but....

the work done was excellent, timely and beautifully applied. This is important because the insulation shows from the under side of the house. It was very well done. I especially enjoyed working with Lisa, the phone contact who helped me set up the appointment and give me a quote. I would have appreciated a bit better cleanup after the job was finished, there were scraps of spray foam left around the perimeter of the house. I would definitely use this company again.

Project: Insulated attic space (over livable space and garage - per my request) The customer service was great. They assessed my needs, and helped me work through other quote services and pricing. Came in way below other quotes. The installers were professional, kind, clean and thorough. I'll call them back with it's time to do this again.

I acquired a total of four quotes for the insulation of Closed Cell Foam for my home crawl space. Lisa King with Koala Insulation of Northwest Austin submitted the lowest quote and was awarded the job. It's common knowledge that there are supply shortages for almost anything these days. Closed Cell Insulation falls deeply in the supply shortage category. Delays are discouraging when it gets in the way of completing a long remodeling project. The General Manager; Brett Wright kept me updated with tentative installation dates and never left me in a wondering state while waiting. When the day came for the installation, the Koala Insulation crew was on time and Brett was there to explain the process. The installers were courteous and proficient with preparation. They went out of there way to cover and protect everything that didn't need to be in contact of the spray. When they competed the job, they left the area in great shape and there were no trace of them being there. The results of the Close Cell application was better than expected. My temperature is now 1-2 degrees between my two floors. Prior to the application, the temperature difference was between 9-11 degrees. I give them 7 Stars *******. Excellent

The price was basically 50% of any other of the quote. They were professional. I wanted to replenish the attic blow-in isolation in 3 rooms. Instead they quoting me, they sent somebody home the next day in the morning. The rep went up, look around, hear what I needed and quoted me basically half of any other business. They came up and found a way through my window to bring in the hose. I have a second story house. They went in the attic and fill in the three rooms (I when I went up, I saw that they also did fill up the other rooms. wao). Then they ask me to take a look of the job. I went up and look like it snowed everywhere. So lets see if that helps to keep my house cooler.
