Jody (the owner) and the two people who did our insulation were very nice folks!!!!! Certainly hard workers - no way in the world I could have done what they did, even with their equipment. They also did a great job on clean up.

The cellulose insulation in our attic was original to the house - 20 years old . It had decreased in thickness to less than 6 inches and had started to breakdown and cause dust seeping into the house through the can light holes and electrical conduits. Koala came out did an inspection and a free estimate. We got one other estimate that was about 25% more. Koala recommended removal of old cellulose and insulation instillation to 16”. We took their recommendations. Very pleased with the removal and installation. Crew was very knowledgeable and worked constantly. Highly recommend!
