Koala Insulation of Gateway West within St. Louis County and St Charles County areas is the area's certified insulation expert providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt-insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, hatch and can light covers. If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and our services come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Working with Koala was a pleasant experience throughout. Bob Hardy did our consultation and gave us a prompt fair estimate. When we had questions, he made time to get us the answers. Josh and Lennon - who did the actual insulation blow in were professional, hard working and really nice guys. It was obvious that they knew their stuff. A glitch in the scheduling for the solar fan - was quickly rectified and we are very happy with the service team and the quality of work. We have another separate building project in the works and will definitely use Koala for our insulation needs!

Our experience with Koala was great from very first phone call. Office is very organized and friendly. Joe came out, inspected our attic and gave us best options to be more energy and cost efficient. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and didnâ  t push a sales pitch!!! Jeremy and his coworker were very professional, polite, and task oriented. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job! Would highly recommend this company for your insulation needs!!!

It was smooth from the first contact (owners) the sales rep that gave a thorough description of material products to choose from (what was most suitable for our need and application options. We were impressed and confident enough to sign up for the job, without other quotes. A few days later, a father and son team showed up the job which was completed in about 2.5 hours, including clean up. We did"t bother with seeking other estimates and have no regrets. Orville
