Koala arrived on time, got right to work. After the work was done they made sure some expensive tools were put back out of sight.

They didn't lead me down a money hole. They only did the work they felt was necessary for the job. They did offer other cost saving suggestions but weren't trying to sell me more then I needed.

During the quote process, Josh at Koala did a thorough inspection of our attic and provided a complete quote. Jessica did a great job of keeping me informed of the timing for the job and Travis and his team did a great job in a timely manner and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done.

The whole team at Koala provided great service. Jess and Josh were receptive and patient while navigating my project needs, and Travis is really nice. He and Reid were very courteous handling the installation.

The team at Koala came to blow in insulation into my home to bring me up to code. From the sales estimate through the end of work, I got great, attentive service. They fully described the work and my options, provided competitive prices, and did a great job on the effort itself, making sure the site was clean. They even checked with me on my dog before they used the vacuum cleaner!

Excellent job. The staff were professional and punctual. They explained the entire process and what to expect. The bid was what was billed. We had our old insulation removed and two layers of a foam vapor barrier installed followed by blown in insulation. The entire process took three days and was completed sooner than expected. Koala has the process down. They were very efficient and worked smoothly as a team. They had a trailer for each step of the process. They were very careful to protect the home from damage and did an excellent job of cleaning up after each day. I would use them again. Highly recommended.

We hired Koala to install spray foam over the garage to reduce heating and cooling costs. Koala did a great job, the AC didn't turn on over the weekend! Great value and service.

Koala installed insulation and vapor barrier under a floor where the crawl space was as low as 6 inches in places. They laid in the dirt excavating out trenches so they could access the whole 350 square feet area in order to insulate it. Only one company had even been willing to quote the job and that was an expensive solution that I did not believe was achievable. All other companies had refused to quote. Unlike all the other companies, Koala sent the guy who would actually have to do the work before quoting and he came up with an innovative solution that was implementable and affordable. Koala's willingness to be helpful and flexible turned what I thought was an impossible nightmare into a very well thought out solution. They were professional, friendly and showed a remarkable willingness to think out of the box. They were also great personalities and it was fun to have them around. I strongly recommend them.

The time from order to completion was quick, so different than many other companies. The job was done well, and the customer service was good. The insulation team kept me informed of what they were doing and were very professional. Highly recommend Koala.
