They were timely, Honest, professional, and there when we needed them the most. The hurricane left us with so many things to do and repair and replace. It was nice to know this company wasn't out for the big job but was willing to just help people with their individual needs! We researched roofing companies through HomeAdvisor because we wanted top-quality companies. We found Koala Roofing and we are extremely pleased we did. From the first contact with Brett, we knew we were in great hands. We needed someone to explain the insurance claims process. He walked us through the whole thing - soup to nuts. After the first call, Brett stayed in constant communication with us and he saw the project completed. Koala Roofing delivered on everything he said they would. They completed the whole job in a very timely, professional, manner at a very reasonable price. We have not had a better customer experience with any company as great as what we received from Brett at Koala. We now expect that type of service from everyone we deal with on HomeAdvisor.
