What sold me on these folks is that, unlike every other roofer who visited my property, they didn't immediately try to sell me on a full-scale re-roofing job. I had only minor damage, and these fellows repaired the damage and charged me exactly what the insurance adjustor said it would cost. A new roof would have cost me at least $8K, which I didn't have and which was more than the deductible on my policy. This kind of honesty is rare in my experience.

Recently my house suffered damage from high wind. I was recommended to call Mr. Phillip Foote the owner. I'm very pleased I did he worked with me and my insurance company. Through out the initial process was impressed by the professionalism of MR Foote and his list . He answered all questions, educated me on roofing specifics also gave me the confidence to make one of the biggest purchases I would make in m life. The job was completed in a mater of two days instead of the three I was told.The crew was professional, polite, clean up the site completely and gave me a amazing new roof. I highly recommend Koala Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

Phillip came promptly for an estimate and did a thorough inspection, then explained his findings and worked directly with our insurance company to get the job done FAST. House was under contract to sell, the roof failed inspection. He worked with all of us (buyers, sellers, insurance) and communicated really well. Amazing service and super good work. Buyers were happy, and we closed on time. Highly recommend!

Totally regret hiring them. Just had some repair work redone on the chimney flashing. No way was I calling them back after the headaches I had with them. Check Better Business Bureau and cross reference their other business name. They also promised me that they could install the shingle I selected so I would get the transferable warranty. Once they finally finished, I found out that they were not an authorized installer and they did not use ALL the required items to qualify their work. I know others have had better experience but between my personal experience and seeing the rating on BBB, I wish I had waited for the roofing company I had wanted to use.

Phil did an inspection of our roof and provided a thorough report and sealed and patched up a few spots while he was nearby replacing a neighbor s roof. Very professional and courteous.

They are amazing their works are good, they work very fast and they do clean as you go. Always and their work clean.
