Great experience. They were very willing to give me multiple quotes on various types of siding and educating me on the pros and cons of all the products. They were willing to work around the requirements of a very demanding HOA and also worked with me during the refinancing of my home to finance the project. Both the siding guys and the painters were very friendly and professional. They were very cooperative about working with my dogs and were careful to never open a gate when they were in the yard. They were very careful of the landscaping and protected my deck from damage and paint. The quality of workmanship was outstanding which is rare anymore. I was especially appreciative of their attention to detail. The end result was a house that looked brand new. Thanks to everyone at Koalaty for the great work

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Repair or Partial Replacement
What I appreciated most about this company is how flexible they were with designing a project that did what I needed most and still fit in my budget. But just as important they really take the quality of their service seriously, it never felt like less because I couldn't affort more. They were curtious, communicative, listened to my input, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up well when they left. This company is a gem, use them, you won't be disappponted.

The work crew that was doing the job was extremely helpful. Answered the questions I had as they were working. Also was very cooperative, since we have two dogs and I would get out and walk the dogs and get back in the house with no problem

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
Koalaty was prompt, responsive, polite, on time, and on budget. They were communicative about the condition of the house underneath the siding and the level of detail on the finished siding and gutters is spectacular. I'll be recommending Koalaty to friends who need siding work done for years to come.

I truly had a fantastic customer experience with Koalaty! Working with Matt, Darren and Paul was a pleasure due to their patience, expertise and communication. I had never done a large project like siding repair before, and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They always answered my questions quickly and honestly. I am truly grateful they were able to work with me on my budget. My new siding looks great! My house looks like new and I love looking at it every time I return home. I would absolutely use them again for future projects and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Koalaty siding was a great company to choose for our siding project! Cory and his team were able to accomodate us right away. They were very respectful of our budget and helped deliver quotes and advice throughout the process to help accommodate our needs. * Sales and management were top notch - Very experienced group who delivered great communication and execution.Cory was a pleasure to work with. * Siding crew, paint crew, and gutter crew were fast and skilled. They were able to accomodate my nagging needs and get all my worries taken care of in a very short timeframe. * They were respectful of our time and understanding that we have jobs too. * A couple (very minor) hiccups were encountered - ie. threw away one of our light fixtures on accident. However, they owned up to it, bought us a brand new one (same model) and reinstalled it - no questions asked. Would recommend for any future siding projects needed!

Very professional with great customer service. They educated me on all the options and details of the job; something that other contractors did not. Koalaty worked with my insurance to get above any beyond my initial estimate. Would recommend Koalaty.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Repair or Partial Replacement
Koalaty was the best experience I've ever had in home repairs. They were professional, prompt in doing the work and listened to what I needed and the budget I had to work with. My repair was small but I was treated with the same respect as a large repair job. The work was done well and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend Koalaty.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Repair or Partial Replacement
Outstanding work. Had problems with first crew that showed up to do the work. Company agreed to replace them with another without hesitation. Communication between the crew supervisor, salesman, main office and customer left something to be improved on. Very good work though. I was flexible on my time line so it worked out ok. Salesman was very knowledgeable. I now know better questions to ask for next job. Good company. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

Really happy with our experience with this company. Our home was impacted by the recent hail storm just as we were getting ready to put it on the market. Koalaty came out within 24 hours of our call, and worked with us to get everything completed in less than 2 weeks. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous, and the house looks even better than we had anticipated. We have had some bad luck with other contractors recently, but our experience with Koalaty could not have been better. We would definitely recommend them not just for siding work, but for other general contract work as well.
