Mr. Kobe called me right away to see how he could provide a service for us. Not only did he visit the condo the next day, he e-mailed an estimate to me that day and completed the work over the weekend without charging us extra. Not only did he build two new kitchen cabinets and installed them, he also tore out rotted sheet rock and replaced that portion of the wall before hanging the cabinets. So we didn't have to hire a separate contractor to fix the wall. The job was done within a weekend. My brother and I were really thrilled to have Mr. Kobe work for us. Thanks so much for your service. It helped my brother and I tremendously.

Mr. Kobe did an exception wonderful job repairing a dining chair that had a broken part and repairing the finish on the legs. My mother is 91 years old and she had this chair which is part of a set for over 40 years. I was so glad to find Mr. Kobe and his great work. I intend to use him in the future for my own furniture repair.

Very poor workmanship. They were supposed to come back and repair the damage to the wood, but they have never returned, even though they were paid in full.

Built 13 retail bookcases. Kobe first charged my credit card without my signer. Two he delivered poor condition cases with split wood and stain. RIPPED OFF

Kobe Enterprises contacted me quickly (within a few hours of receiving my request). He scheduled an appointment to assess my furniture damage. He was on time and called as he arrived. He assessed the damage and was able to go back to the shop and make a piece for my furniture. He returned the next evening to repair the furniture. The work was great and I will use him to repair another item. I highly recommend. Great customer service and that is really hard to find these days.

I had a pine table and 4 chairs refinished. The set is 20 years old and had its share of nicks/scrapes and some discoloration. I requested the set the original color. When returned the table top looked great. The legs still had nicks and discolorations and the chairs had all the scrapes and discolorations they had prior, just clear glossy finish. He informed me the only way to get a finish similar to and matching the table finish was to darken the whole set a few shades. I should have been informed of this at some point before completion of job.

I utilized his services. He responded immediately by visiting my home and analyzing the furniture that needed repairing and gave an on-site price quote for doing work. He took furniture back and promised a "not to exceed 2 days" return. His fee was appropriate for the service - not overpriced. I will use his services again. I rate his service as "excellent" both customer friendly and expertly performed.

Surprisingly quick response and very nice, however, came with no receipt, missing tools and the cost was high. I still have yet to get a receipt from Kobe for the $150.00 repair which I paid for out of my personal account.

Mr. Kobe was prompt, courteous, and quick to take care of the repair, whch, by the way, was beautifully done. I had a teak chair with an extended leg that was split in two places and had pulled away from the upholstered back. Mr. Kobe replaced the broken part with new wood and finished it so that you can't tell there's been a repair. His price was very reasonable for the quality of the work. I highly recommend him. He's a craftsman. And I am impressed by your service--thank you for sending him to me!
