"This review is another false and misleading post that is part of the ongoing online harassment campaign by Michael., also known as Michael XXX. As we have documented and addressed publicly, this individual has a well established history of fraudulent activity against our company. To clarify the facts once again ? Michael hired Kobe Moving twice. The first time he paid with a counterfeit check which was reported to the LAPD under Case Number 240524000866. The second time he attempted to avoid payment entirely by using a false name. Due to his repeated fraudulent actions a legal warehouse lien was enforced on his goods in full compliance with California law. At no point did we demand payment for work not completed ? the balance owed was the result of his own failure to pay for services rendered. Every complaint this individual has filed ? with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Los Angeles County Consumer Affairs, the BBB, the LAPD, multiple court cases and a fraudulent insurance claim against our company ? has been investigated and closed in our favor. We even offered a generous 70% discount to resolve the matter which he refused. Instead he continues this harassment campaign posting fake reviews under multiple aliases including Corey, Michael Slayer , Sandra, Mayra, Lord Michael and others.
