Deceived, Shocked, Ripped Off, Harassed The salesman was Sam, he seemed professional. The opposite was true of the moving crew. When they arrived, I was shocked, rental truck, sloppy appearance, low energy. Everything was prepared, completely organized. A small move. It has been our experience this move, with a two-man crew, should have taken three hours max including travel. About 500.00. The foreman, Branden, complained how tired he was, he was a hotel desk clerk that was doing this because he had some ?bills? to pay off. When the horrification of this move ended, we were charged 6.5 hours?973.00, twice what we expected. They completely destroyed or bed. I emailed Sam the next morning, outlining all these problems, but it quickly became apparent Sam wasn?t going to do anything about my complaints. Sam's professionalism was clearly fake. Later, I received harassment calls from Sam and Branden. I have turned the matter over to the California Department of Consumer Protection.

That?s why I want to provide some context about this move so readers can hear the full story. This customer?s move was completed without any complaints on the day of service. In fact, he gave a very generous tip to the crew, which we sincerely appreciated and took as a sign that he was happy with the job. No issues were raised during or immediately after the move. The following day, we received an email claiming the mattress was damaged and that a TV stand and television were damaged. It?s important to note that all damaged mattress, TV and TV stand were packed by the customer, not by our crew. Still, we took his concerns seriously. I responded promptly, offering to send a team to inspect the mattress and determine if a repair was possible. I also sent over a damage claim form for the TV stand, which is our standard process to handle such matters fairly and officially. Unfortunately, the customer chose not to move forward with either the inspection or the claim process. We also explained the charges before booking his moving order over the phone, via email and the foramen explained him again before starting his move , including the Double Drive Time Law ? a regulation in California that requires licensed movers to bill double the time it takes to drive between pickup and drop-off locations. This law ensures consistency across the industry and is not something we control. As for the claims about our crew, I?d like to address that directly. Brandon has been a part of our team for over five years as a full-time employee. He recently became a father and took on a security night job at a hotel to better support his family ? a testament to his work ethic and character. He continues to work with us full time and on his days off he works extra hours to better provide for his family. he is one of our most reliable foramen. The claim that he was ?low energy? or unprofessional is simply not accurate, the job was completed in a normal time frame. Additionally, we did not use a rental truck. For the summer peak season, we lease extra trucks for several months in advance to meet high demand and stay on schedule. These are commercial-grade trucks and part of our effort to maintain timely, efficient service for all our customers. When Brandon heard about the customer concern, he attempted to contact the customer. Brandon followed up directly in a genuine effort to help and check if he can help out or try to resolve his complaint in any way. The customer rudely hung up the call on Brandon. Then I attempted to get on a call with the customer and Brandon to resolve the concerns professionally, he rudely hung up the call again. We made multiple good-faith efforts to address his concerns and find a resolution, but were not given the chance. We understand that no company is perfect, but we stand behind our work and how we handled this situation. Our long track record of 5-star reviews from real customers speaks to the quality, honesty, and professionalism we bring to every move.
I needed help last minute packing and moving I called them on a short notice and they came for an in home estimate. They send 4 movers to help me with packing and they supplied all the packing materials. The next day they send 4 movers to help me move the guys were great and they did an amazing job Kelly Julian Juan and Marcus were very polite and hard workers I would definitely recommend them

Wow! Fred and Marcus came by today to assist me, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They arrived promptly and were quick, efficient, and professional while handling my belongings with great care.
