They showed up the same day which was great. I thought they were only going to give me an estimate and return another day but they installed my undersink water filtration system. They were thorough and did a great job. I would hire them again in the future.

Phil is the best! Love Love Love him. He helped us with so many plumbing issues. He took the time to explain what we did and didn't need and left all final decisions up to us with the knowledge that he presented us with. Showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond what he needed to do. Gave us HONEST opinions. We will use him for all of our future plumbing needs (however...I am not hoping for any :>)

Follow up was great, service couldn't have been better. When I submitted my request for water heater replacement I received 3 phone calls (from different companies) and Alisha at Kobelle took the most time with me, asked the most questions, was very patient and polite, and put things in terms that I understood. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

I received the best service! There was no 2 - 4 hour window of time for arrival like with most services. I was able to set the exact time that would work best for me and the service men were at my home on time. The repair to my water heater fast and affordable. The technician also took time to answer additional questions and concerns that I had unrelated to the service call. I would definitely recommend Kobelle Plumbing to others and use them in the future.

Excellent communication, fair price, same day service, very mannerable young man. I needed a faucet replaced they were able to do it the same day I cslled. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to friends.

Gentlemen called within 15 seconds of message, then remained in touch until work completed next morning. They rrived on time, cleared our clog, then explained how to deal with situation in future. It was refreshing to deal with a professional.

Phil Easton contacted me promptly when I inquired about an estimate thru ServiceMagic. Kobelle had the lowest bid so I hired them and we established an istallation date for my water heater. Bob, who did the install was very courteous, finished the job in about 1 hour, took out the old heater (without spilling a drop of water) and was off. I would certainly recommend Kobelle Plumbing and plan to hire them for some minor plumbing work soon.
