Great overall experience! I purchased Softlite windows, the process took about 12weeks in total. Install was about 2 days. Extremely happy and installers were so nice! Such an amazing company to work with.

Just finished yesterday with 12 windows and 4 doors. We purchased Eastern products and our consultant Jason was incredible! Such an honest and amazing company to work with. From staff answering our calls, to the installers for being so professional and respectful, to the owner showing up AFTER installation, thanking us for our business! Top notch company all around.

Truly exceptional experience! Purchased 16 PGT impact windows thru Koehler Homes and love the job they did! Installation was flawless!! Future buyers beware though, I waited 10months for my windows. That was biggest drawback for me. I have high praise for the company though. There are 3 other companies who sell this product who swore up and down I would have my windows within 14-18weeks. The consultant whoâ s name was Joseph, was estimating 8-10months and basically told me we wouldnâ t sign a contract to compete with what they are saying. He was right and Koehler homes communicated the whole time. These guys are better then what everyone says. They definitely care more about the client then any other company representing the same products. Would recommend these guys over and over again. Make your first and last call to them!

Windows took a long time to get in but Koehler called me once a month with an update. Wouldn't recommend PGT as a manufacturer but the product is excellent. The installers were really respectful of my space and did a fine job. Was happy with the Koehler experience just wish windows didn't take 7 months to come in.

Worst contract in the world. The only satisfaction guaranteed is theirs.

John was our sales rep, great guy, honest, and helped us get the best price and quality for our needs. Carl and CJ were our installation team and they were great. They are experienced and talented and were able to deal with the challenges that my 30 year old windows presented. We did have a long wait for our windows, but that was due to Covid 19 and its effect on the manufacturer. Very happy, would recommend Koehler Homes to anyone looking for replacement windows

I will not know for 22 to 24 weeks how installers did... windows are on order.

Joey their sales professional was on time very professional and extremely knowledgable about products and services Koehler Homes provides. We ordered windows and received a great deal, great warranty. The windows have not been installed yet, Iâ ll have to update the review when the windows are installed. To date, Iâ d recommend Koehler homes for your next window upgrade

I signed a contract with Joey from Koehler Homes in August right before the manufacturer I chose went into major delay. My order went from 8 weeks to almost 18! I chose Koehler Homes due to the outstanding reviews online and I must say, they lived up to the hype. I was notified right away of the delay, communication continued every 25-30 days and once we had install date, they were in and out within 2 days. You wouldn't have even known it was done if it wasn't for the windows being replaced! A+ company. They are transparent, knowledgeable and affordable. We had 6 companies come out with varying prices. They were right in the middle and justified the reasoning. Customer service is huge and we're so happy with the decision to hire Koehler Homes.

These guys are the best to work with! Communication is spot on and the installation was perfect! The only drawback was delays with manufacturing, but, we expected that, and they communicated the whole time. We love our new windows and are so happy we chose them!

Ive been having work done by Koehler Homes for 20yrs, go way back with Les and can't say enough about this company. On this project, they replaced 28 windows and enlarged an opening so I could have a sliding glass door installed. The consultants who helped Les handle the project was John and Toby, both who were accessible and communicated the whole time. I was away during the installation and just got home to see the final product! Amazing job and super clean.

Had 4 windows replaced from Quentin, who was a terrific consultant. He didn't try to pressure me and everything he said was true to his word. The installation was quick and communication from the office manager was great! Thanks again!!

We couldn't be happier with the overall experience and process. 1st class company and employee's. Communication is probably one of their strongest attributes.

We didn't feel any pressure when we have Koehler out and after reviewing the online reputation they had, we decided to give them out business. Installation took alittle longer then anticipated but that was at no fault to the installers. Have already recommended them to friends and family.

I interviewed 9 companies for window replacement and chose Koehler Homes. 7 of the 9 companies should be shut down from Home Advisor, that's for sure. My consultant came out, was on time and was very thorough. They gave me a ton of options, were very patient with my constant requests and kept true to their word with keeping timelines. A+ company!

We had Koehler Homes out to replace our windows and front door, the process was flawless from beginning to end! The installation crew of Carl & CJ was fantastic! These guys were incredible and attention to detail was amazing. Don't waste your time, Koehler Homes is the only choice.

My project was completed in August and I couldn't be happier. From consultation to installation, top notch company. Never once did I feel pressure tactics like I did with other companies.

They understood my project and all was willing to make suggestions to enhance the project. I havenâ  t had the work done yet but a date has been set. Overall very professional as they sit down and explain each step and answer all questions

All-around great service. They came to my house did a quote and gave me a professional breakdown on the cost and quality of products that they offer. They answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly and professional and the customer service all along the way was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went terrific! Could not be happier and having the rest of my windows contracted this week. 1st class organization and highly recommend.
