Koerner General Maintenance

The spackling of drywall was sloppy

Jeff responded to my request for a service call within minutes; he was out the following day although I stated it was not an emergency. He was on time, efficient, and did a great job.

Mr. Koerner was on time and efficient! I really appreciated that he was timely. He got straight to work and cleaned up behind himself. He's also a talker -- which I enjoyed! I will definitely call him again.

I am very satisfied with the work.

Hired Jeff to relocate ceiling fixture. Typically a do-it-yourself, except for the fact that there were several other runs passing through the box, and the box needed to be eliminated from the picture. Jeff was efficient, clean and very cost effective. I would hire him again and recommend to friends and family. Good hourly rate and yes he does charge for material, but definately not making a profit on the parts.

Nice guy. Gave me some advice for the current project I was working on.

The company representative was very courteous and professional. He explained things clearly and took the time to answer any questions I had. I appreciate the good, quality customer service and would gladly allow this company to perform work for me in the future based on the courteous and professional personnel, and would recommend them to family and friends. However, the cost quoted was much higher than I anticipated, and I simply cannot afford the project at this time. I do not believe that the quote was overpriced, it is simply a matter of cost for me personally.

Jeff proved to knowledgble and experienced electrician with respect to codes, inspectors and overall electrical work. He has one flaw-- Jeff loves to talk! He will kill an hour real easy if you give him any topic. That said Koerner is excellent value with below average pricing and quick work.
