Using Kohls Flooring America was a very bad experience. From placing cracked LVP to gaps between the LVP to gaps too big that our shoe molding would not even cover it. As they took out the first day install to remove the cracked LVP we watched as nails were under our brand new floor. They did not properly clean before laying the LVP down. Pictures speak volumes of the poor workmanship. An employee of 10 years spit his nicotine pouches out in our grass on our sidewalk and in our flowerbeds. Nicotine pouches are toxic and potentially fatal to animals and children. It took 3 times to get our floor installed decently. We refused to pay our remaining bill until we spoke with the owner Steve. Nearly a week went by without him bothering to reach out we once again had to follow up. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Family Owned buisness, but with a huge showroom and great selection. Kohls Floor Covering did a great job on our new bathroom installing beautiful tile quickly and at the most reasonable price of the 3 other flooring companies we priced out.

Kohl's was competitively priced and willing to work with me on pricing. They ordered my flooring and told me it would be a week for delivery and installation. The flooring was in when they said it would be, they were there to install the floor when they said they would, for the price they quoted me. They did an unbelievable installation job. The installers were neat, clean, professional and extremely productive. The flooring was installed beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen immaculate. It was so refreshing to work with a company with such integrity. A+. I will definetely use them again.

They were very nice. We have used them several times over the 26 years they have been in business. They are nice people. They are very helpful in the store, help you get the right floor coverings. Nothing bad about their work.
