The technician was excellent and friendly. He didn't have to bring me lunch, but stopped off and grabbed me lunch! He was friendly and courteous. He fixed my computer, hung my new TV on the wall, and got my xbox connected, and updated! He was here on time and made sure everything worked before he left! FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

I contacted Jeff at 5pm on Monday evening and was very frustrated. He could sense my frustration and came to my house the next morning at 8;30. He was here for nearly 2 hours and stuck to his original quote of 1 hour. Very fair price! If you are having any kind of computer issues, please call Jeff. You won t be sorry!
