Gene called me within 1 minute of submitting my online request and he came out the very next day to treat the wasps outside my garage that had somehow gotten in the house. They offer a 60 day warranty that they will come back again if we see wasps again during that time which I found very reassuring.

How often do you get quick response, excellent service and immediate follow up- all at a great price? Our first exterminator did not remove the yellow jackets thoroughly and was MORE expensive. Gene did a great job, gave a 2 month guarantee and gave his cell number if there were any issues. 5 STARS OR MORE! I highly recommend Kolley's !

I had a hornet nest in a hole in my brick wall. Gene was prompt and very responsive and friendly. He arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable, explained his process to spray the nest, and answered my questions. So far so good, but too soon to rate longterm or if treatment was 100% effective. I recommend.

Just had my second very positive experience with Gene Riley at Kolley's Exterminators. Several years ago, he took care of a nasty infestation of bees between my kitchen ceiling and roof. Just now, he took down a large dormant hornet's nest from way up by my roof. As part of his service for $175, he surveyed the entire outside for nests and found a couple that he took care of. Very responsive and efficient. He came when he said he would & he returns calls.
