Terrible experience. Paid for 80% of the pool and never got past the shell. Had to hire another contractor to finish my pool. Basically paid for my pool twice. Dan Flores makes promises and does not keep them...EVER!. He owes me a lot of money, has promised to pay, but guess what, NOTHING. DO NOT USE DAN FLORES/KOLMAR POOS. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!!

Do not do business with this man Dan Flores. Total scam artist... pool is paid for and 8 months later have nothing to show for it. Have talked to many other people with the same issues.

Our project was never started and was canceled by us. We requested a refund of our deposit which initially the owner agreed to but 3 months later we have not heard a word from this contractor regarding our money.

They kept the area clean at all times. They picked up after themselves. I was impressed with that. They are punctual . The only time they did not show up it was due to weather.
