took 14 days to do a 2 day job. Paint on my new hardwood floor. areas in closets not painted. areas needing second coats looking blotchy. nice kid but lousy paint job. I have another contractor coming today to assess and finish the job! PLEASE TAKE ME OFF FUTURE MAILINGS.

Conrad and Kelly were both very nice, but the paint crew they sent to paint the house could not follow simple instructions and had to come out several times to fix basic mistakes. I finally gave up out of frustration. What should have been a simple job turned into a big disappointment. I could not recommend Painter1.

Great work very well done

They were fast, and overall did a good job. I was concerned about having my house sprayed, however, because of past experiences with overspray on windows. I mentioned this concern, and was assured that this would not happen because all windows would be completely covered with plastic. It turned out not to be the case. Some windows were covered, but most were not. There was overspray, on some windows, and paint spots on some of the white window frames. I'm working with them to get all of this cleaned. It might not be a problem for everyone. But it's a problem for me because I can't climb a ladder to get to the windows.

So pleased with the services provided by Painter1. I would highly recommend them. The proposal was laid out room-by-room and every item was individually priced. It was very transparent and easy to follow what was being charged for each room, celling, closet, etc. We had three different bids and Painter1 came in with the lowest bid. At the time we chose them they were offering a 15% discount. They have great customer service and response times and no hidden fees or add on charges. Charles White did our paining, if possible ask for him- he was amazing to work with. Charles went above and beyond to help us with a remodel of a house built in the late 70���s. We ended up painting all of the interior, interior-trim, exterior, doors, and closets basically everything was updated. He was a true professional in helping us with colors, explaining lighting- assuring the colors we chose was actually going to be what we wanted. His craftsmanship is an art. Charles brings a little southern charm and 20 yrs of painting experience. You���ll be thrilled with the results- honestly this house looks brand new after he was done painting.

Very punctual. Did a fine job and cleaned up neatly. Left the remaining paint which we appreciate. Especially impressed with the ability to match the paint to the original precisely.

They were very prompt, concerned about my concerns, plenty of paint left for touch-ups, courteous, did a walk-thru after the work was done which I signed off on but a couple days after the painting had been finished, I noticed a small wall by a closet that appeared to have been missed or at least partially missed. Since I signed off on the work, I didn't feel that I could call them back on it. Would still hire them again.

The job was done right on time and well within the time frame they estimated. It looks fabulous and there was a reasonable amount of leftover paint for touchups and fixing things when I bump the walls moving furniture around. Courteous and friendly, and very willing to work with me. They even followed up after the job was done to verify my satisfaction, and the price was exactly what I was expecting.
