"Sheri: I have read all your text, email messages, voice mails, faxes and lastly numerous complaints you posted on Home Advisor. While I do not agree with your statements, I would welcome the opportunity to finish the contracted work as stated in our original agreement. Please allow me to clarify again that we did not steal anything from you. As I told you on several times my guys are instructed to clean the job site up daily, at the end of the day they pack my things up. This was an oversight as I failed to let them know you purchased the items in question. Normally, I purchase all materials. As soon as you made me aware your items could not be located, I checked and let you know we had them, however you strictly forbid me or my employees back to your property. I would welcome the opportunity to finish the contract by providing the following solutions to this problem: Option A 1. Allow me to send a painter to finish the painting, which consists of re-painting the trim along with 2 doors that were associated with my contract estimated. Time to complete is less than 3 hours of work, and to wipe the over spray texture on the wall and ceiling in the office room should be less than 5 minutes. Allow the electrician to exchange one circuit breaker so that we can get a final inspection, Note: replacement of a circuit breaker was not part of my contract. However, I agree to install you a new at no extra cost. Estimated time to complete is less than 15 minutes. It is important to note that I will not have to set foot on your property to have this completed. I will dispatch a crew to handle this on behalf of my company. Option B 2. Get a third person to quote their cost on the unfinished work and deduct it from my contract. Third person quotes must be selected and agreed on from both of us. Upon receipt of final payment, my office will provide you with a lien release as requested. Also I have the materials ?shelving? that I told you I have be deliver to you. Let me know when you would like them brought to you. In closing I would like to add I have been in business for over 30 years in the Apopka area, please feel free to check my license with the State of Florida for complaints as there are none. I have never had a complaint and I have never had anyone personal or business accuse me of being a theft. With that being said, we do know that miscommunications can happen. Thank you, Juan A. We have not received any additional calls but would welcome the opportunty to fix anything in our control. Also the $100.00 of free paint we left for touch up repairs should have been considered in your review however, I am going to reach out to you now with hopes of having any minor problems corrected for you.
