Dont trust him. Whatever he tells you is false and he just ignores you once he has your money. He provided poor work and now refuses to answer the phone or come and follow up on the work.

We had nothing but problems from day one with this company. It took almost a year for our dock to finally get completed. It was one excuse after another. Product coming from China, complete staff change, new management, covid, etc etc. putting us off for MONTHS with nothing to show for our $7500 deposit. And that is IF we would hear from them after many, many phone calls and messages. Terribly stressful with them having our money and us having nothing to show for it. When they came to work finally, months later, it was not done right. Brian kept trying to change our floating dock pilings to metal poles sleeved with pvc. and then he wanted to attach the floating dock to our sea wall with arms instead of metal rings over pilings as contracted and agreed upon. We had to fight and argue for what we contracted and paid for. Super unprofessional. Terrible communication. Constantly told they would be here and they would never show up. At the end almost a year later finally nearing completion but not done yet... Brian asked for the remainder of the balance to **pay his guys**. We were not paying him one red cent more until this nightmare of a dock was completed! It was a very stressful, exhausting experience and we would NEVER recommend them! Do not make promises, take money, and not deliver what you contracted. So unprofessional! Warning to others. The final product is nice but I would never go through that with them and could never recommend them because of the terribly experience.

we hired Brian to do a floating dock last April 2020. gave him a deposit $3300. Until today 5/31/2021. A full year and 1 month. no work has been done and he will not return calls. Was told many times that he and his crew were coming out next weekend and next weekend.

Do not use this company!! I engaged Konadocks (Brian Hall Owner) in September 2020 and gave them $15,000 (50% deposit down) to build a boat house on my property. After months of doing nothing, they finally came out and did some light demo. After another month of doing nothing, they finally submitted the engineering plans/permit in late December. After another three months of broken promises, lack of communication and refusing to return calls and texts, I decided to cancel the job. I requested $13,580 of my original deposit back and Brian Hall refuses to return my money. He will not return phone calls or emails so now has effectively took $13,580 from me and my family. Do not do business with Brian Hall/Konadocks.
