Finding Kool Breeze was a godsend...just wish we had found them before another co. not only didn't fix our A/C but caused a terrible leak and water damage in our house. KB returned our call ASAP, sent Bill right away and he was great. We feel our AC is finally repaired correctly. Highly recommend.

The experience was very professional from the initial consultation through the work proposal and installation. The timing of the project was very prompt and achieved in 2 visits which involved duct work installation and a new heat pump and blower.

The 1st service technician who serviced my unit was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. My service was complete by 1pm on the day I called. (Everything appeared to be ok, just low freon.) However, the 2nd tech that was sent seemed less than confident in his abilities and couldn't find anything wrong. At this time, a 3rd tech is being dispatched. The 3rd technician clarified/corrected the first 2's thoughts regarding the problems I was experiencing and determined "my unit wasn't getting enough air."
