They went beyond the ordinary company to find my part, they got the replacement free which I couldnâ t and had it put in the day after it arrived. This is a wonderful company and i would highly recommend them. Just ask for Stephanie!!

Kool Katz came in under all my other estimates and worked with us to get the new unit installed within 2 days. They did not have the unit that was quoted at the time but they installed another unit so I would have a/c until the other unit came in. As soon as it came in, they came and replaced the other unit. There was no additional cost for this, they just wanted to make sure we had some type of a/c while we waited. The a/c works beautifully!! Highly recommend.

Kool Katz was friendly and very professional. They responded to me quickly and let me when they would be out to my house. They even called me when they was headed my way. They really worked quickly and they did an excellent job. My air conditioner was back up and running in a timely manner. Excellent service I will recommend them to my friends and family. The fee was was reasonable as well. ď‘Ť

Great customer service. Thorough knowledge in finding out why my ac unit wasn’t working properly. Very fair price on getting repairs done. I will most definitely use again and will refer over to friends and family.
