Expensive to reset machine. I should have looked at the manual and saved myself $150.. However, a gracious customer service that was more than a â 10â and the young lady sent a knowledgeable; nice, quiet young man, who knew exactly what was wrong. And had it fixed within minutes.

Technician didn't seem to know much about dishwasher repair. He had to call Samsung for help which I could have done myself. Not confident he correctly diagnosed the problem. Ultimately offered to replace circuit board for double the price I can buy it myself plus installation.

The company reached out to us quickly from our inquiry on Angi. An appointment was scheduled soon after. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had to come back a couple days later with a part to finish the repair. My washing machine works great now. Thank you Kool Running!

We decided, after much communication with our appliance's manufacturer, that repairing it was not cost effective for us. Kool Running's staff was patient and fair. It took us several days and a few changes in direction before settling on making a new purchase instead of repairing. Vincent's knowledge and professionalism were a valuable resource to us in our decision making process. And you will always get a friendly greeting from Flo when calling into their office. We were so lucky to find Vinton at Koolrunnings when we moved to Florida. As we started to live in out new home, our appliances began to break down. Vinton was there to repair our built-in fridge as well as our washer and dryer. We just had Vinton back in to convert our new dryer to propane and install the new dryer. He is always professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance repair/installation needs.
