Advised me to replace appliance, didn’t try to charge for expensive repair

Expensive to reset machine. I should have looked at the manual and saved myself $150.. However, a gracious customer service that was more than a â 10â and the young lady sent a knowledgeable; nice, quiet young man, who knew exactly what was wrong. And had it fixed within minutes.

Prompt and courteous

Technician didn't seem to know much about dishwasher repair. He had to call Samsung for help which I could have done myself. Not confident he correctly diagnosed the problem. Ultimately offered to replace circuit board for double the price I can buy it myself plus installation.

The company reached out to us quickly from our inquiry on Angi. An appointment was scheduled soon after. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had to come back a couple days later with a part to finish the repair. My washing machine works great now. Thank you Kool Running!
