I needed my dishwasher installed and Kools were able to give me some day service. There were problems fitting the dishwasher in because of my cabinet trim. They worked on getting it in until it was just right. Thank you for your attention to detail and your commitment to service.

It was very easy to schedule an available time. David let me know when he was on his way. They never complained about all of the steps to my house or about how heavy the sofa bed was to remove. They were very professional. I will definitely call them again when I have a job that needs done.

Kool s was there when I needed them most. Emptied out 58 years of my mother and father s estate. Both men were kind, helpful, efficient, great personality and got the job done right! They had great follow up with planning and returning calls. Kept me notified about the exact time they would arrive and finished up leaving every thing perfectly as I wanted it. I cant say enough good things about this company. A-1 service and great people to work with! Reasonable pricing and very responsive to all of my questions. 5 stars all the way around!! We had purchased a microwave and oven wall combo from a national chain. We also purchased installation package from them. We had several visits from their installation personnel to evaluate the site and to install. One group will say that there is no problem and the appliance will be installed. The installers will say that they can't. In came the Kools. They studied the situation, decided upon the modifications to the cabinetry that were needed and installed the combo. I really appreciated their ability for problem solving. Very creative. They got the work done where the national chain installers had given up. I will use Dave Stuvaints of Kools every time when the work falls in his area of expertise.
