Contacted and quoted minimum price for visiting/ repair. Was one man Job from original description provided yet didn t get done in a timely fashion feel and still waiting on invoice due to office staff not available.

Due to a weather event they were delayed in replacing the skylight. They did an excellent job installing a new skylight that did not match the existing one. The staff at Koontz was quick to return my calls and very competent to work with.

They came out and inspected our roof and gave us three different options to choose from. We called the next day with our option and they came out with different colors for us to choose from. The roofing was delivered that day and they were there early the next day and finished the job that day, even though they had to go back to the lumber company and get lumber to fix 11 boards that had mold on them. We were really pleased with their work.

They were very professional and polite and got the work done very quickly. Their quote was $150 less than a competitor and they actually charged $200 less. They found a problem a previous service had caused and fixed it. So far no problems with the roof area they repaired. They said I can call them if there are any problems.

Had Koontz install vinyl siding on my home. Ricardo was my consultant and he was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions before getting started. The work crews were efficient and their finished product looks impeccable. The price far outweighed repairing and painting the old siding. I would hire Koontz again in a heartbeat.
