Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
We had gone without AC for two weeks because of other hvac companies would not come out or return my calls. Mr. Koontz came out the next morning, he evaluated my need and gave me a recommendation, followed by a quote the next morning. The next day as promised he showed up and work late that day to make sure I had AC that night then came out the next morning to finish up the heating part, which I still havenâ t used yet. I highly recommend Koontz, fast, friendly and affordable quality work.

He puts in new units and repaires some old ones for me. He has done a great job for me for years. He is real honest, good, hardworking person and keeps an eye on every one working for him.

He is neat and provides a clean representation of his business. He is always reliable, always call should he be delayed. A good guy, most recently I hired him to do all the electrical on a $60 million home - he is the "only" sub-contractor I trust. I know what I can expect and he delivers it for me. Never have I encountered any issues or concern, from Mike or Koontz Electric.
