I had two separate projects. The garden shed doors he hung was excellent in both workmanship and cost. The plumbing work was finished but I needed a call back as it still leaked when he left.

I got lucky -- Johnathan had a cancellation and fit me in immediately. Did expert work locating studs and drilling through bathroom tile to install a grab bar in the shower. Easy to work with. Cleaned up well. The finished work looks great! We'll keep Kootz in mind for future projects.

I had some exterior painting & stain work i wanted to get done since i moved to Rio Rancho in March from Washington State & didn't know who to call, i called this Company & Jonathan came out & bid it quickly, we set a date & arrived right on time + got done with the project within 3 hours which he had said. He is so professional & wants to make customers happy with the work so making sure to ask questions in the process. Also he is so friendly & personable i will definitely have him do many more projects around my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM,,,,,,,,,,10 STARS!!!!
