The project entailed removal of hardwood floor in our kitchen and installing ceramic tiles instead. They helped chose tiles and delivered them from the store. Started job on time and finished on time as promised and honored price quote. We had a good communication throughout the project. Performed some extra tasks that were beyond the scope of project at no additional charge and also returned some unneeded supplies to the store. Overall, we were very impressed with quality of work and professionalism of Kosta&Son. Given all the horror stories one hears about dealing with contractors this was a very pleasant surprise. Based on this experience we decided to hire them to perform additional work in our kitchen. Without hesitation, I can recommend Kosta&Son for your projects involving installing floor tiles.

Kosta & Son is very professional. They did exactly as required regarding our tile project. When I had questions they answered my questions quickly. Our project was two bathrooms and hallway over 300 square feet.

100% Recommended! Kosta & Son came out in April for an initial quote on repairing a fieldstone foundation. I hired them seven months later and they honored the original quote. Great customer service, as they were either a phone call or text message away. They went above and beyond what I wanted done and did extra work as a courtesy with no additional charge. They had the best price and were very timely and professional through the whole process. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and will recommend them to my friends and family.

My 1st tile guy bailed on me a 1/2 hour before he was suppose to tile the day after removing the old tile kitchen backsplash, complaining about the new tile, reconsidering his pricing, and leaving his mess. Contacted HomeAdvisor, got several contacts. Kosta & Son came an hour after talking to them. I was thrilled that they honored the price the first guy gave me! Started work that afternoon and stayed until late that evening and were on time the next day to finish! The tile we choose required many small cuts and was a pain to work with, however, Kosta & Son were excellent. No complaining, very little waste. We're able to return a case of unused tile! Artistry in tile work, integrity in business and work ethic, courteous and professional. Good reviews will mean they will be harder for me to get the next time but these men are exceptional! My #1 choice from now on!
