this company was wonderful! We decided to add a wood ceiling to our lanai. The crew was very meticulous about their work and it turned out beautifully! Cannot be happier!

Ryan and his crew did an awesome job. The lanai turned out much better and prettier than I thought it was going to be, and anything I asked them to fix, no matter how small, they came and fixed it. The different crews that came out were all very professional and respectful, and I would use them again.

I hired him to put in Pergola and they finished in one day. Week later found one piece defected called him to replace it and now it's going on three months with every excuse he can make not to come out to fix. Since then he's been on three vacations and still has not made an appointment. Now I have to call better business bureau. Not happy at all.

"They were contacted and knew I had hired a new crew and that I had a trailer break, so couldn't get a single piece of a 20' material to the job. It has been taking care of last week. Glad to see they didn't mention that and that I was in contact with them the entire issue."

I've hired construction guys before and they can be a little hard to get ahold of and hold down to smaller jobs. But, Ryan and his crew came out a day early and prepared the site (my concrete patio). The next day they brought in a Bobcat and had the concrete laid and also help me out with removing an old stump from my yard. Their professionalism and politeness was unbelievable. They knew what they were doing; they got it done and I would hire them again no questions asked! Definitely put them in your favorites!

"This job was a permitted job and I let him know that for permitting, it would take a couple weeks for the drawings and approval, then engineering takes another 1-2 weeks. Then county has up to 30 days. This timing is completely out of my hands! He was contacted every couple weeks to be updated on the statis. I wish he said more during the project since he never complained about any of this during process."

I WOULD NOT HIRE KOSTER KONSTRUCTION AGAIN. Ben & his father worked very hard and built a nice deck without trim. I hired the company to repair the wood around my chimney. Two guys repaired just the wood (didn't even ask about painting the yellow hardee board). Very, very overpriced. Ryan had the chimney guys apply the deck trim. I've had to buy decking screws to repair what they did. I was promised I would be paid for any leftover Trex boards. There were 7 boards taken by Ben to Ryan. How difficult is that? This is just wrong business practice when I paid thousands of dollars to have the deck built and trusted the integrity of the company. I would not hire this company for any other project I might have.

"I tried my best to explain that because she ordered special order material there wasn't a return on any of that material. Also she asked a favor while we were there to install new Hardie board around their chimney and we did. It looked great. We are a deck building crew not painters so when she asked if we could paint it, I told her I could send a painter for additional cost. She said not to worry. During the project she changed the design but I made it all work anyway and didn't charge her anything extra for the added benches and the different size of stairs."

Castor construction was an amazing contractor. He showed up when he was supposed to show up his quality work was excellent and his interpersonal approach and caring attitude made our project seemed as though it was his own. Ryan was exceptionally Fair in his assessment of the work as well as his proposal to complete the work. He was also very flexible.

Ryan was the best, and I've dealt with many contractors in my life. He listened to my needs, answered any questions I asked, did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want and communicated his exsperiance preventing me from making mistakes. He had all work done in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone, even my family, need I say more?

We started a DIY project in our guest bathroom, unable to complete so we called in the pros! They came in the next week, completed the drywall, plumbing, painting and install of vanity, toilet and tile on the wall and floor. It felt like a jobsite, Ryan had a new pro in and out for each project. The project started on a Thurs and they were done by Monday. Very impressed with the work, especially for the cost!
