Mr. Dean called me promptly after I did a search for help with a GFCI outlet that would not reset and which caused my closet lights to not function. Even though It was a Saturday afternoon he made arrangements to come out on Sunday to help me, which was much more convenient than I expected him to be able to offer. He came out fixed the issue, answered all our questions, and even looked into some other areas we were wondering about. He did an inspection of the main electrical system outside the house and let us know that our relatively new home was not even GROUNDED from the main line outside coming into the house. He offered to return the next day and drive a grounding rod into the ground for us to make our home even safer! I DID NOT get any weird, shady vibe from him, which sometimes I have picked up on with other contractors in the past. He seemed very friendly, upfront, easy going, informative, and helpful! He has an easy demeanor and seems like he could get along with anyone! He answered our questions appropriately without trying to "Jargon" us to death. I appreciate that. He didn't hound me about the bill...he was very easy going about it, said he'd send me a bill to my email. The bill he sent offered a link for me to pay online which made payment SUPER convenient and easy. I am making him my new GO-TO Electrician! Love him!
