Koval Construction, LLC

They were very responsive and were able to fix the issue with my window within 15min.

Mr. Koval fixed the problem with my sliding glass door without pressuring me into expensive repairs.

The work was done to perfection but did not last one year. In 2010 I was given a reason for the tile separating from the flooring as a 30 year old house "settling". A year later, after a survey of the deflection in the floor, laminate flooring was recommended for replacement and they never called back to schedule. When contacted, Paul said, "Oh yeah, I forgot about you. Let me call you back this afternoon." I have never received any further contact. Paul has not returned any messages to his personal cellphone and the office number has been disconnected.

Paul was very flexible with my schedule. He came the day after I contacted him and got the work done. Would recommend to anyone.

The gentleman who provided the service was fast, knowledgable, and professional.

Paul contacted me within minutes of my request even though it was a Saturday night. I was dealing with an unrealistic time-frame and he stepped in right away and made it all happen. I don't know how he did it as I asked a lot of him. He is now my go-to person for home projects. I can't say enough great things about Paul. He is truly amazing.

Found myself with a lot of little small projects, checked in the ServiceMagic and within hours had several names of contractors that were interested. Paul was my first contact, showed up on time, very professional, gave me a quote and was ready to schedule the project. Koval Construction was chosen. Day of appointment (100degrees outside) he arrived ina timely manner and got to work, was professional, very pleasant and did an excellent job. Like any homeowner, he left the property and my house as neat as he found it. Job well done.

Paul did a great job, but I have not received a receipt saying what he did and that I had paid in full. I need to submit the bill to my insurance.

Paul Koval was a pleasure to work with. He came when he said he would, completed the job in a timely manner, and was extremely courteous. I will be calling him again.

problems getting started but all went well.

He was great ... gave us exactly what we needed, and did it fast. Very polite and professional as well.

Koval was great. They were able to get a custom color from Duron based on samples that we got from Benjamin Moore. They even fixed our jammed door (unrelated mini project) at no cost.

I was happy with their professionalism and quality.

Paul was on the job every day and involved it seemed in every measurement. I was espicially impressed by the minimal scrap left at the completion of the job. It speaks well of the planning and execution when the right amount of material is ordered and there are no mistakes that waste valuable resources. I will definitely use Koval Construction again in the future.

They were responsive and communicated well. Did exactly what they said they would do and followed up!

We had a kitchen update that included granite counter tops, recessed lighting and some minor carpentry. They arrived on time, were professional, neat and detail oriented. The project ended on time and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

Called back right away, did a good job, thank you!

Great response time and value for the money. Friendly and professional.

Paul Koval handles the snow removal service of his company in a very professional way. He communicates his schedule with his customers via email and cell phone. His snow removal work is according to spec and, overall, I rate it "A".

Customer contact was excellent. Workman was knowledgeable and competent.

Excellent service in all respects

Good price, good workmanship, good experience!

Very impressed with everything, from the estimate to delivery of service.

After initial contact, contractor frequently communicated with me about schedule, any potential delays (there were none), pricing, etc. Great customer service for a small job.

When Paul came to see what work needed to be done, I had no clue what I wanted. I asked for his expertise in this matter and boy did I get it. When I arrived at home after the work was completed, my house looked completely different. Everything looks so nice and every bush and every plant that he chose I couldn't have done that. What a beautiful array of everything and how well it all blends and makes everything pop. I'm so glad they reached out to me. JOB WELL DONE!!! THANKS SO MUCH!
