We paid for our table, chairs, and a bunkbed ladder to be refinished, but when the items were delivered we were missing 1 chair and the ladder. When we asked about these items, Kerry assured us they would be delivered promptly on their next trip to Charleston. It has been *5 years* and we still have not received these pieces. They won't respond to communication and keep blocking our phone numbers and emails.

Kerry was amazing to work with, and did an amazing job reupholstering dining chairs for us! Was very helpful and knowledgeable, and did the job right to start with. Thank you for your time and expertise!

This company took my couch and my money . didn?t repair it and been avoiding my calls . there are a bunch of scammers I need my couch and my money back

In August 2024, Kpacka repaired sofa springs that popped off their clip. My sofa is very well made and the it was very time consuming removing the upholstery from the frame. Though challenging, the tech persevered until the job was done. Unfortunately the repair did not hold and 3 months later, the center spring has again popped off the frame clip. Not sure if the work is guaranteed.

Exemplary service!

We needed a bedroom end table top refinished. Hoped to get that done as soon as possible. We called. Very soon after we got a return call and were told they can come by the very next day, a Saturday no less. The work done was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Weâ d recommend them very highly!

Difficult to find location but quality & friendly small group.

My leather reclining couch was broken underneath on the left side. So if you were to sit on that side, you would not be supported and could hear a loud noise each time. I searched for two days to find a company to repair my couch and came across Kpacka Pros. I decided to give them a try and glad I did. Kerry and his team was professional, knowledgeable and informative. Kerry knew how important it was to me that the job was done right. He reassured me, that I would be satisfied with the work. He was right. Kerry and his team knew exactly what to do and got it done. I will definitely be calling Kpacka Pros this summer to replace my mailbox and repair my ceiling due to Kerry owning a construction Co as well.

They were prompt and did a really good job repairing the furniture piece (a bed sideboard). The price was very reasonable as well.

He was friendly, informative creative and checked with me frequently when choices were required. He also left me with some ideas for things I could do in the future. The one problem was some glue on a carpet which I have yet to figure out how to clean up.

they were good in the end but took a long time to get back with me. They were unable to fix the repair but defintely tried their best. The guy who came out to do the work was really nice and helpful. I think it was just a tough repair.

Kerry was very nice and very professional. He did the job right away and in a timely manner. The only reason I did not give this company a perfect score was because the repairman finished the job about 10 minutes short of 2 hrs. and the company still charged me for a full 2 hrs work.

Kerry was great - he did a great repair - he assessed the job - the quote was what they had estimated - he did the work in about 30 minutes after explaining what he was going to do - I would recommend him to anyone and I would hire him again. Terrific.

I did not have Mr Greaves do work for me, I sent him to one of our customers and they were very happy with his work.

I thought my grandmother's dining room table was beyond repair. Kerry restored it beautifully and even strengthened its sturdiness. He was helpful, pleasant and efficient. I couldn't be more please.
