Kragenn Contractor’s crew came in and fully remodeled our family’s main bathroom. The glass partitions and walk-in shower are out of this world. From the heated floor to the rain-shower head it makes taking a shower something we look forward to! And everyone loves the shower bench and shampoo niche. The new vanity with the light tube has surely cheered things up in what used to be a dark bathroom.

They started in mid-October and promised to be finished 12/15. They sort of finished 1/28. They promised me that all three of them would work on my projects simultaneously and that they would get everything done quickly. Instead, there was usually just one guy working on things. The shower pan that was installed in my walk-in shower was done incorrectly so it leaked for about a month before I caught it. They did come back to fix it. The measurement of my kitchen was so off that I had to send back two cabinets and purchase another cabinet to make things right. They screwed up the shower door installation in my main bath so badly that it was unusable. That was in January. They eventually came back in April to fix the messed up tile in that shower and said they'd be back in a couple of weeks to finish things up. They didn't offer to come back until last week. By that time, I had already had all the little things and the new shower door done.

Tom was really easy to work with and made the whole process really seamless. I really appreciated the time and attention that he put into my little home. He was incredibly helpful and always followed up whenever I had questions or concerns. The project turned out beautiful

Tom and his crew did a wonderful bathroom remodel for my this past summer. He was certified to do lead paint removal, so that was very helpful. I would totally reccomend these guys.

My mom recently had her standalone tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower and updated flooring. Tom was courteous, paid attention to detail, cleaned up after & went out of his way to be helpful. His assistant Matt was also courteous & went the extra mile to make her new shower exactly what she wanted. The tile work is beautiful, and new floor perfect. Great price for excellent work!
