Hired them to rewire an old house with no ground and they gave me a great price. Hard workers, prompt, and very courteous.

Fair pricing

This company seemed to have reasonable rates so I hired them to do another small job in my home to fix an issue for my microwave being on a combined circuit with other items. They did come in and seemingly did the job in short order and the rates were reasonable. Some days later I was running my dishwasher and microwave at the same time and the circuit blew. Turns out all they did was move everything that was on a circuit to a new circuit so I was still experiencing the same issue. I have tried repeatedly to reach this company to resolve this issue and after 3 attempts I have heard nothing back. I wouldnt recommend this company to do anything more than turn on a light switch and would suggest Home Advisor to review having this company on the list of contractors. They didnt do the job they were supposed to do and are not returning my calls to remedy the issue. The owner of Kramer Electric did contact me and came to fix the issue. He was here until 7:30 at night on a Saturday night but did stay until the issue was resolved. I am satisfied with the resolution, but still not sure why he did't receive or respond to my first 2 voice messages I left for him.

The electrician was very easy to communicate through phone calls and text. He arrived on time and completed the job shorter than expected. I needed an outlet installed and a ceiling fan installed and he didn't hesitate to fulfill my expectations. He left the area clean before he left.
