We had a willow at the end of our barn which had suffered storm damage and regrown new trunks, which fell again, partly over the barn. The stump ended up about 5 feet across. Nick Kramer and his crew did a great job cutting up and removing that mess of a tree, being careful not to damage the barn. I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise, and they have all the big equipment necessary to work safely and efficiently. One caveat- Home Advisor itself caused a setback, when they told both Kramer and us that the other party had cancelled the first appointment. Luckily, when I called, they were still available the same morning.

We had a 75' Black Walnut tree coming out of the ground and preparing to take our garage complex with it. And, before Kramer arrived, I had assumed that 2 small trees (a young Ginkgo and a young Three Flowered Maple) in the way of the Walnut behemoth would be lost. Instead, these guys dropped branches with deadly precision and both trees were completely unscathed. This is what we think of Kramer: We have absolutely no intention of ever using anyone but Kramer for our Horticulture needs in the future. These guys knew trees and we enjoyed talking about the various species I had installed on our property. They were not just people hired to plow snow, install hardscape, and, by the way, cut down trees. They made sure they spared everything else around that tree because they understand our love of trees.

Kramer Family Tree Care personnel were attentive, competent and very careful in removing a large oak tree that overhung our house. They evaluated the situation before entering a bid and explained their procedures for removing the tree. The clean-up after the tree was removed was immaculate.

Nick was an absolute professional. I had several estimates done, but Nick was the only one who knew the type of trees, what was wrong with them, and the best procedure for their removal. I had three diseased Ash trees, apprx. 50 feet tall with one tree within 30 feet of my house. These trees were removed with the most minimal damage to my yard, completely cleaned lawn, and all remains removed. I would recommend Kramer Family Tree Care to even the most discriminatory homeowner. Fantastic job done!!

Kramer Family Tree Service performed a thorough, knowledgeable inspection of my trees. I received information regarding pruning and maintenance that will help me between cycles of professional visits, which need to be scheduled less frequently than I thought. I found the estimate to be very reasonable for the work to be done. The work was performed in a timely manner and the yard was left clean and tidy. The trees look great.

they are highly knowledgeable about trees and shrubs. clean up debris was excellent. nothing left on the ground. their mission is to not only do quality trimming, but perform exceptional customer service, as well.

I had them clear brush & trees going to pond that was overgrown for over 20 years. I can see the pond and all the critters that I missed the last years.

I also had them prune some trees, they are the best.
