Ed Kramer is a very honest & helpful man. I requested an estimate for interior storm windows and he suggested that I contact the service department of the company that manufactured my particular windows because he seemed to think that my windows were installed improperly and that I did not need interior storm windows. It is obvious that his integrity is far more important than coaxing a potential client to make an unnecessary purchase. This exhibition of fine character and scruples is refreshing in today's "buyer beware" world.

Very easy to work with and the installation was completed on time and very quickly!

I was told the job would be completed "within a couple of weeks." It ended up being almost 4 weeks from contact. I have to wonder since I only had one window if I was moved to the bottom of the list. It was only after I had threatened to cancel the job that I got a call and a scheduled installation date.
