Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
My outdoor drain was clogged and not draining (standing water). Called Kramer and Sons this morning at 0730 and the technicians arrived at 0930. Julio and Rene were very courteous and professional. They put booties on their feet to come into my house and did a thorough inspection of the system inside and out. They presented me with an estimate, explained in detail what work would be performed and proceeded with the work. After removing the cover on the drain and snaking it out and flushing several times until they were confident that the problem was solved. Julio was also kind enough to give me some advice on maintaining the drain. The pricing was very fair and I will definitely call on Kramer and Sons for any future plumbing/HVAC needs. I will also recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company.

Gas Piping
We had to have some copper piping removed and a new valve put in before a stove installation. Julio was fantastic to work with and explained what he was doing throughout the project. Their pricing was fair and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I've used these guys twice and have been happy with the service both times. This latest experience was quite impressive. The master bath shower stopped giving hot water. Kramer and Sons came out and determined it was a problem with the faucet valve, which needed to be replaced. However, we have no closet or area to get behind the shower to replace it. They were afraid they might have to break through the tile in order to replace it. They sent out their best guy (that's what they told me and, based on the results, I don't doubt it. I think his name was Julio but it's been about a month since the work was done and ) and he was able to replace the faucet from the front without breaking through the tile. Throughout the entire process Kramer was helpful, honest, and reliable. We were very happy with the job they did. Installing without breaking through the tile saved us much time, money, and headaches. Great job.
