Ray repaired cement board siding on 4 different building each a different color. He also repaired apron flashing when he discovered our roofing company missed a small area. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism. He does excellent work at a reasonable price. We will definitely use him again.

Doesn't return calls, promised to do more work but didn't return calls.

They seemed very responsive when I hired them but the quality of the work is and was poor.They tried to fill gaps with putty that didn't match the previous floor that was installed much better. I now have a floor that on both ends where it connects to the carpet it is coming up and squeaks each time you walk on it. He doesn't return calls or you get a text that says "I'll have to fit you in."

Kratovel Services built a fantastic 16' X 27' deck on the rear of my 1960's home. My home did not have a deck, patio, paver's, or landscaping prior to the start of the decking project. With no prior rear curb appeal, Kratovel Services had their work cutout. I wanted a lower, near ground, deck exposing my brick stairs in hopes of eventually screening in a section of the porch. The ground was very uneven from recent pine tree removals and my 1960's home having settled with a nice right lean. Kratovel services, literally, transformed the back of my house from nothing, except dirt, pine needles, and weeds to an amazing deck and entertaining area. Ray Kratovel and his Son's were absolutely outstanding in all areas of service and quality of workmanship with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Kratovel Services. Very honest, on point communication, and gets the job done very quickly while maintaining superb craftsmanship worthy of excellence and pride.

Work was completed efficiently and installation of five fans was done well and reasonable price.

Honest and upfront .. Great experience

The response to my request for repairs was rapid and the contractor promptly called me to set up an appointment to estimate the job after I registered with Home Advisor. I called two other contractors before I called Home Advisors. One of the contractors said he was too busy to help me and the other contractor did not return my calls or text messages. The contractor from Home Advisor missed the repair to a bottom step due to the rising water tide and through no fault of his own. The contractor was very reliable and efficient in returning to my home to complete the final repair to the step. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the repairs and the estimate to due the work. I will definitely call this contractor again when I need future services on my beach house.

They have done a few things for us, found a leak in our roof, did out entire downstairs with hardwood floors that look amazing, pressure washed , duct cleaning and interior painting which is his huge specialty. He's my go to person first and always.

They clean up after themselves and explain everything they are doing and why.
