Kraus Custom Carpentry, LLC

Very competent carpenter with many good tools. We had a disasterous leak inside our bathroom wall which involved removal of the wall and cutting off the joists of the deck outside. That in turn required exstensive bracing both inside and under the deck. New 2x6 studs and a new header were installed. There were also electrical and plumbing repairs done by Mr. Kraus. We also had Mr Kraus remove all the cedar shingles on the front of the house and replace them with conventional siding. This project was unrelated to the bathroom wall problem. Both projects took about three months to complete because Mr. Kraus had a number of other projects going on unrelated to ours. However, on the whole, he did a good job and we would recommend him.

Robert was such a joy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, honest, and hard working. The quality of his work was exceptional. The finished product was far better than anticipated. We could not be more happy with him and his work. We will absolutely hire him again! You cannot go wrong by hiring him!
