If I could leave a negative score, I would. Kraus Tile and More **Kameron Kraus**. On November 12, 2020, I contracted with Kraus Tile and More for a painting project of 7 rooms in my home. Mr. Kameron Kraus agreed to begin on 11/19/2020 and complete by 11/20/2020. The job was not **finished** until 12/1/2020. Now, Kameron was very communicative via text messages. He always had a reason as to why this was not being completed. Fiancee tested posted for COVID, gave incorrect paint, paint order delayed (found out he purchased it from a very famous big box store), and so on. Kameron would advise me he would be at the home to begin at 6:30 am and not arrive until 11 am or later or 11:30 am and not arrive until 2 or 3 in the afternoon. The day before Thanksgiving (11/25/2020), I came home around 3p from work expecting to see my house almost completed AGAIN. It was not. Instead, I found a person who I did not know in my home just messing around with the paint. NOT 1 ROOM IS COMPLETE, NOT 1. Let us fast forward to the same evening... It is now 11 pm. I said PM. There is still not 1 room completed, I am asking **when will you be finished? I have my children coming home in the morning for the holiday!**. ** 1-hour**, I am told. Nope, wrong again! It was after 1 am before they left. This painting project continues to drive me slightly insane, as he is NOT professional, NOT timely, NOT good at what he does. I have paint splatters on my floor, paint on the road, which he attempted to get up with a power washer, and on 12/1/2020 this project is still not completed! My son and I decided that we will finish the bathrooms and the master bedroom. Finally, around 3 in the afternoon, Kameron arrives with another person to help complete the job. This person is an excellent worker. He completed several rooms as Kameron struggled to focus on 1 bedroom to complete. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ALTERNATIVES AND RUN FAST IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!

He does excellent work.

Kameron Krause was very personable and very quick to respond. He was able to come to my house and fix our recliner within 24 hours. He also guaranteed his work. I will be calling him in the future.
