Althought quite professional and friendly Krause's quoted prices are way out of line. ( they are not even close to other estimates I have received)

I thought the part (ballast) would have been on the truck-so had to pay for the time to go buy the part. When I called in I told them it was the ballast but that was not relayed. The service was very good however and timely.

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Larry took my NEEDS into consideration and came in with a very good price. Installers left metal clippings and screws on parking pad. Except for that, a good experience. I will recommend Krause to all my family and friends.
