Excellent service and on time

The gentleman who came out to give an estimate was very knowledgable and professional. Gave me different options and resonable prices. When I decided to choose Kravis, they contacted me to confirm the day and time and believe it or not they were on time. They did a great job didn't make a big mess and cleaned up afterwards. They also gave me a followup call to make sure everything was working well. Nice job Kravis. Mr. Bommarito, thanks for your hard work !

they understood the fact that I was moving and scheduled my appt by email. when they came out the were quick and cleaned up after themselves. they also explained the working of the new fuse and the outlet. I plan on using them again in the future.

Nick Frohman, the service person, told us in advance that he did not have the experience to deal with drive-through signboard. However, he wanted to diagnose the problem free of cost. He came in, found the problem within 10 minutes and fixed it. We are very impressed with his professionalism, sincerity and knowledge of work. We will highly recommend him to other businesses.

I wish there were more companies like Kravis. They responded promptly to our online request and had someone out to give us an estimate that same day. Their employees were very progessional, efficient and knowledgeable. They were here when they said they would be (even a little early) and immediately got to work. They did all the part of the installations that required two men and then one of the men left and the other finished the installations. They installed 4 ceiling fans and a microwave for us. The man who finished the job left everything very clean when he was finished. We truly appreciate that and it is not always the case.

I did not use them as I thought the bid was higher than I was willing to spend at this time. Project is on hold...

Very professional.

This was our 1st time working with Kravis Electric. They installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom, and grounded a socket. Their estimate was the highest of 3 but they made the best impression - they seemed more knowledgeable and professional - so we went with them. They arrived a few minutes before their appointment time and got right to work. They completed the job within an hour or so of the estimated time to complete and cleaned up behind themselves. Both electricians were very personable and professional. So far, the fan works great and we have no issues. We would definitely work with them again.

Steven did a superb job for us as he has many times prior. We like that he is super "trustworthy" in our home, a true knowledgeable professional and a all around great guy.
