They did not finish work. Entire home is not complete. Bad work. Lazy liars. All the comments that say they are good people are probably wrong.

getting new handle for microwave. They ordered handle but forgot to make sure attachments were included. Added $ that was not agreed in first visit. Nice guy though.

I did not appreciate being taken care advantage of, he did not finish the tracking, he wanted to be paid in full. One of the cameras is not complete. I would like a refund for the camera because it is not working.

Since he was the only guy that called me and did the job quickly. I decided to refer him to my sister for a more lucrative job.

Having had a bad experience with a prior contractor, I am so happy to say that I enjoyed working with Ty and Ken from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, kind, and skilled individuals that take great pride in their work. They were always available for questions (of which I had many), and made sure I was satisfied at various steps of the project before moving forward. I will absolutely be hiring them for future projects! A little more about the scope of my project in case it helps others: we had removed a wall in our home and needed help with the end of demo, rerouting electrical and plumbing, and patching the walls and ceiling. It came out great!

On time and professional. They cleaned up each day. They made suggestions that were beneficial to me like converting a ironing cupboard into a spice cabinet. They completed add-ons I gave them, without complaint, even beyond the contract. The supervisor was on site daily, or he checked in with me. They shared ideas for completion of my DIY projects. I've recommended then to several friends. I'm sure they will be as satisfied with the quality of their work as I was. I will use them again in the future.

I was having problems and was unhappy with my back door, which is the door I use most often. I couldn't get anyone to look at or follow through with a good fix. The guys at Kraycos came through for me. They fixed the door frame and made everything look and work smooth. I'm very happy with the work they did.
